Rasoi Setu provides restaurant operations software, online ordering, and delivery integrations. You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental or guardian consent to use our services.

3. Platform Availability

Rasoi Setu may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice where required. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or uninterrupted.

4. User Generated Content

Reviews, ratings, comments, and feedback submitted by users may be displayed publicly. Rasoi Setu reserves the right to remove content violating policies, including defamatory, abusive, or spam material.

5. Ordering Terms

All orders placed through Rasoi Setu are subject to restaurant availability. We facilitate the ordering process but are not responsible for the quality, safety, or preparation of the food provided by the restaurants.

6. Pricing and Payments

Prices for food and services are set by the respective restaurants and are subject to change. For software subscriptions, fees, taxes, and applicable charges are payable as per your selected plan. 7. Restaurant & Delivery Responsibility

Restaurants are solely responsible for compliance with all food safety and regulatory laws. Delivery times are estimates and subject to factors like weather and traffic.

8. Force Majeure

Rasoi Setu shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, technical failures, strikes, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rasoi Setu (A Unit of Agrito Technologies) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, interruption, reliance, or interactions between customers and restaurants.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

We encourage you to contact our Support Team to attempt an amicable resolution before formal legal proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
