Refund Policy Summary

1. Food Order Cancellations

Orders once placed and accepted by the restaurant generally cannot be cancelled by the customer. If you wish to request a cancellation due to extraordinary circumstances, please contact the restaurant directly. Restaurants reserve the right to cancel an order if items are unavailable; in such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

2. Order Issues & Food Quality

  • Missing Items: Customers may report missing items within 24 hours of delivery for a partial refund.
  • Wrong Items: Customers may report incorrect items received within 24 hours.
  • Food Quality Issues: Customers may report food quality issues (e.g., spoiled or damaged food) and may be asked to provide photographic evidence.

Upon verification of the issue, partial refunds may be issued where only part of an order is affected, or full refunds where applicable.

3. Software Subscription Refunds (Restaurants)

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for new software subscriptions. If the platform doesn't meet your needs within the first 30 days, contact info@rasoisetu.in for a full refund. After 30 days, cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.

4. Non-Refundable Situations & Duplicate Payments

Delivery charges, platform convenience fees, and taxes on completed food orders are non-refundable unless the entire order is cancelled by the restaurant. If a duplicate payment occurs, the excess amount will be fully refunded once verified.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method. Expected timelines after approval:

  • UPI & Wallets: 1-3 Business Days
  • Net Banking: 3-5 Business Days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 Business Days
