Olive Group of Restaurants, led by industry pioneer AD Singh, has announced the debut of 'Terra' in Mumbai. Spanning over 8,000 square feet, the venue combines zero-waste dining, farm-to-table culinary curation, and digital interaction.

Terra features state-of-the-art QR table systems that allow guests to trace the origin of their ingredients—such as local cheeses and organic greens—directly on their mobile browsers before ordering. This interactive transparency bridges the gap between digital convenience and slow-food aesthetics.

With high-ceiling glass architecture and green indoor gardens, Terra aims to capture the premium millennial and Gen Z demographic looking for visual excellence paired with genuine environmental responsibility.

Operational efficiency is driven by live kitchen tracking systems linked directly to vendor supply portals. When a guest orders the signature organic salad, the system updates inventory levels and schedules automated replenishment requests from partnered organic farms.

"The future of dining is conscious, experiential, and seamless. Tech should sit quietly in the background, making the magic happen without interrupting the dining experience."
